Warranty types

For consumers, the contractual warranty does not affect the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee under Albanian Law No. 9902/2008 on Consumer Protection. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental mechanical damage, unauthorised alterations or damage from extreme weather.
How a claim is handled

Acknowledgement
Confirmed in writing within 24 hours.

Investigation
Within 48 hours the cause is analysed and the situation documented.

Resolution
A concrete solution is offered within 5 working days. The warranty is activated when the claim is justified.

Closure
The solution is documented and client satisfaction confirmed in writing.

What the warranty covers and what it doesn’t
The warranty covers product and installation defects within the periods above. It does not cover misuse, accidental mechanical damage, unauthorised alterations or damage from extreme weather.
How to request warranty service
- Write to info@apexframes.co or call us, with the document number (e.g. the contract) and a description of the problem.
- We acknowledge it in writing within 24 hours.
- We analyse the cause within 48 hours and offer a solution within 5 working days.
