How is the site survey arranged?
After first contact we book a confirmed appointment. Our technical team visits the site, takes measurements and assesses the right product type.
How quickly will I get a quote?
A detailed quote is sent within 48 hours of the site survey and remains valid for 30 days from issue.
uPVC or aluminium — what’s the difference?
uPVC offers excellent thermal insulation at a lower cost and is ideal for homes. Thermal aluminium allows slimmer profiles, larger openings and RAL colours — preferred for facades, sliding doors and commercial buildings. We help you choose based on the building, budget and design.
How do payments work?
For supply, typically a 50% deposit on signing and 50% before delivery. For supply with installation, 50% deposit and 50% after handover. All payments are made by bank transfer to the company account, as set out in the contract.
Do you install products bought elsewhere?
Yes. We also offer installation, removal or sealing as a standalone service when the client supplies the product.
Do you work outside Tirana or abroad?
Yes. We deliver and install across Albania, and prepare quotes for international clients in English or Italian, priced in EUR.
Are prices final?
Yes. A quote contains a final price with no hidden costs. Apex Frames is not VAT-registered.
Which documents do I receive at handover?
The manufacturer’s Declaration of Performance (DoP) and CE marking, the warranty certificate, the maintenance guide and the handover protocol.
How long is the warranty?
5 years on the product (per the manufacturer’s certification) and 24 months on installation, from the handover protocol. Consumers also keep their statutory guarantee.
How are claims handled?
A claim is acknowledged in writing within 24 hours, analysed within 48 hours and a solution offered within 5 working days.
What if I change something after the quote?
Every change to the original quote is documented by a contract addendum. Verbal changes are not accepted.
Do you work with builders and architects?
Yes. We collaborate with construction companies, developers, architects and resellers across Albania, with technical documentation, written lead times and on-site coordination.
Can I get a quote in English or Italian?
Yes. For international clients we prepare quotes in English or Italian, priced in EUR with delivery terms stated.
What is usually not included in a quote?
The cost of structural demolition or civil works outside the scope of installation, client-supplied materials, and customs duties or specific local taxes, which are listed separately where they apply.
